Yuba County Buyers are Still Buying

August home sales increased 38.2% from a year ago, while the median price remained 2.8% above last year at $452,500. Inventory fell to 4.1 months, although homes are taking a little longer to sell. For sellers, that means there is still opportunity heading into fall, but proper pricing remains important.
