We only serve clients who need service from the time the contract is executed to the close of escrow. We use your preferred Transaction Management Tool.
Our List of TC Services
Our transaction management contract is simple and complete, covering expectations so that we can relax and take care of business. We encourage clients to pay for our services out of escrow so that when escrow closes, it closes with all parties and services completed.
We have one fee: $350 per closed transaction.
If the transaction does not close, a maximum fee of $100 is charged for time spent on the file (see contract agreement for specific details).

- Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from the executed purchase agreement to closing.
- Add all involved parties into the transaction management tool.
- Customize a closing checklist that works with your needs and budget.
- Stay in close contact with everyone involved in the transaction. Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
- Schedule inspections and repairs, oversee financing, order the appraisal, schedule the final walk-through and more
- Ensure that each step is completed on time.
- Keep you informed of the transaction’s progress.
- Inform you of any issues that may arise.
- Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
- Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
- Schedule and coordinate closing process.
